Also commonly called a Type 21 or Double Panel Plus radiator, a P+ model consists of a single row of fins (the convector) sandwiched between a front and back panel. This differs from a K1 type, which only includes a single front panel and single convector. The extra panel on a P+ radiator alows it to benefit from a higher heat output, with only a small increase in the depth of the unit.
